The part(s) or merchandise you have requested will be ordered just for you. A 100% deposit is required on all special orders.
Special orders are normally NOT returnable. What determines if a special order is returnable is the condition of the merchandise and whether the vendor will take the item(s) back. IF an item that you ordered is returnable to our supplier there is a restocking fee of 20% and any shipping charges (to and/or from) will be deducted from any refund that would be due to you.
We have limited space to store special orders, so please pick up your order as soon as you are notified that it is in. Special orders that are not picked up within thirty (30) days of notification will be sold or returned and your deposit will be retained as liquidated damages.
Vendors who accept returns have different rules on how quickly a return must be made-
but none of our vendors will accept returns after twenty-one (21) days.
If the product you purchased is not in new condition, complete with the packaging and all parts/hardware intact, it is NOT returnable!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS!
